Day 4. A Habit You Wish You Didn't Have.
Well I have two. One, I wish I could quit smoking cigarettes. I am over the top addicted to nicotine. It's disgusting in every sense. I never thought when I was younger that I would be a smoker. I saw what it did to my grandparents and my mom. I saw how addictive it was to them and always told myself that I would never do it. But low and behold, I didn't constantly remind myself of the consequences for being addicted to something that will kill you.
Two is caffeine. I am ridiculously addicted and have to have 3 sodas a day. Not bad for me, it used to be A LOT worse. I am going to eventually quit drinking soda all together, I just have to get the will power to do it!
